Chocolate Butter

WARNING! It is so addictive! Eat it with toast, pancakes, crackers or just by itself!


  • 1 cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups of melted coconut oil
  • ½ cup coconut butter
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • ¼  teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt



  1. Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend till smooth.
  2. Store butter in a glass jar and let it set overnight.
  3. Serve at room temperature and store butter in fridge.
