STRAWBERRY CHOCOLATE NICE CREAM SANDWICH
- 8 Whole Foods Market bakery vegan chocolate chip cookies
- 4 frozen bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
- 6 tablespoons Lily’s Chocolate Chip
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of freeze-dried strawberry
- Place bananas, frozen strawberries, chocolate chips and vanilla extract in a high-speed blender. Blend till smooth.
- Scoop mix onto a cookie, top with freeze-dried strawberries and another cookie
- Serve cold.
