Sesame Kimchi Fried Grains
- 1 8.8oz 365 Everyday Value Barley & Green Lentils
- 2 tbsp of Chosen Foods spicy sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of minced garlic
- 1 tbsp of minced ginger
- 2 cups of Organic Girl super green
- 1 cup of kimchi
- Salt pepper to taster
- Vegetable dumplings, optional
- Heat sesame oil in a medium size frying pan on medium low heat. Add in minced garlic and ginger sauté till light brown.
- Add barley & green lentils mix, kimchi and mix greens
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Serve hot and enjoy!
