Spicy Mushroom Ramen
- 1 8oz Pasta zero shirataki spaghetti
- 2 cups mushroom broth
- 1/2 cup of sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp red chili paste
- 1 cup baby spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Options garnish : Cilantro, green onions, dried shallots
- In a large size pot, over high heat bring mushroom broth, ginger, garlic, shiitake mushrooms, chili paste and baby spinach to a boil for about a minute or so.
- Add in shirataki spaghetti noodles to the pot and simmer on medium heat for about another 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour noodles in two bowls, garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy
