Shipping & Return
Items are generally shipped within 3 business days following a sale via USPS or UPS. Customer will receive email confirmation and tracking number once it is available.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
If buyers wish to return an item, they have 48 hours to inspect their items after delivery and contact email@example.com. Please include the following information in the email:
1) Order Number
2) Phone Number
3) Reason for return
4) If the item arrived damaged, please include photos of damaged item or packaging.
Return merchandise authorization (RMA) will be issued and buyers have 3 business days to return their items from the date they received the RMA.
To be eligible for returns, items must be unused and in the same condition that buyers received them. Items must be in original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.
Return for Local Pickup:
For local pickup order, all sales are final once buyer takes possession of item. The 48-hour return policy does not apply.
