For any direct bookings made personally with Gladys Tay, a written agreement must be provided and acknowledged via email, or direct inbox before the session can begin.

  13. Client further understands that Gladys Tay, LLC shall have no liability or responsibility for any actions of Client taken (or not taken) in connection therewith. Gladys Tay, LLC makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, as to results to be achieved, or as to the consequences of any actions taken or not taken by Gladys Tay, LLC.

  14. The testimonials and examples used are exceptional results, which do not apply to the average purchaser, and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.

  15. Each individual’s success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire and motivation.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

  1. All sales are final.

  2. In the event of a last-minute emergency, please contact Gladys Tay as soon as you can to discuss possible accommodation.

  3. Gladys Tay reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

  4. If Gladys Tay has to stop a session prematurely due to the actions, behavior, or intent of Participant, no refund will be issued for that Participant and that Participant may be asked to leave.

  5. If Gladys Tay has to cancel a session due to an emergency or time conflict, an offer to reschedule will be extended.

  6. If the offer to reschedule is rejected, a full refund will be issued.

  7. No-shows will not receive a refund.

  8. There are no exceptions to the above policies.
